Shipping Policy

BODEGA CHAPEAU WINES, S.L. ships all over the world. We can do tastings in Spanish, French and English. The shipping cost to Peninsular Spain is included in the price, the shipping cost to other countries will be applied to the cart and varies according to the shipping address. If your country does not appear in the shipping options, please contact us to study other options.

If you have purchased one of our tastings, we will contact you by email in the next 24-48 hours to specify the details. Please, make sure that our email does not enter your Spam or Junk box. If you do not receive our email in the indicated period, you can call us at 678 763 173

Then we will send you the tasting kit with the products to carry out the tasting, make sure you have provided the full address.

IMPORTANT

For Tastings that require several connections: If the attendees are not going to be in the same location, please indicate this in the comments when making the purchase to be able to send the packs to different addresses.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be offered only in the event that the tasting kit with the products has not yet been shipped or is defective. Otherwise, the client may request a refund directly to our email and we will assess the exchange for another product and the conditions.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email indicating the reference, amount and name of the recipient. Cancellations are not accepted in the event that the tasting kit with the products has already been sent.

Once the date of the tasting is finalized, the client can cancel up to 24 hours before to be able to specify a new date and time. In cases where it is not due to force majeure, the date can only be changed up to a maximum of three times.

If you have a problem with the shipment or the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible in the indicated email to proceed with your refund.
