Shipping Policy

Bodegas Balbás ships to peninsular Spain, UK, France and Germany. We can make tastings in Spanish and English. The shipping cost will be applied in the cart and will be modified according to the shipping address. If your country does not appear in the shipping options, please contact us to study other options.

If you have acquired one of our catastrophes, we will contact you by email in the next 24-48 hours to specify the details. Please make sure that our email does not go into your Spam or Spam tray. If you do not receive our email in the indicated period, you can call us at +34 947542111.

Then we will send you the tasting kit with the products to do the tasting, make sure you have provided the full address.

IMPORTANT
For Tastings that require several connections: If the attendees are not going to find in the same location, please indicate this in the comments when making the purchase in order to send the packages to different addresses.

Refund Policy

An exclusive refund will be offered in the event that the tasting kit with the products has not yet been shipped or is defective. Otherwise, the customer may request a refund directly to our email and will assess the exchange for another product and the conditions.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you want to cancel your order, send an email indicating the recipient's reference, amount and name. Cancellations are not accepted in the event that the tasting kit with the products has been sent.

Once the tasting date is specified, the client can cancel up to 24 hours before being able to specify a new date and time. In cases of non-force majeure, you can only change the date up to a maximum of three times.

If you have any problem with the shipment or the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible in the indicated email to proceed with your refund.
