Shipping Policy

Shipping Prices will vary if shipped after the 21 day window. We may not accept new orders less than 14 days before your event. 

Tasting & Shipping fee.  A list of attendees must be received 21 days before the tasting date. Names added after the 21 day window will be shipped at the Contact's expense. 


If the package is returned to the sender, Contact is responsible for a RE-STOCKING FEE.  Please verify addresses before submitting. 

*All tasting kits must be signed for by someone over the age of 21. 

*We cannot ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah. Please ask about shipping rates to Hawaii.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be available for customers who choose not to attend an event and do not request a refund 30 days in advance. Cancellations and request for refunds are accepted by writing only and must be received by email within the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or date of event. Refunds make take up to 7 business days to process and post to account. This varies by bank.
