We will start the visit to the Sierra de Yerga, with the panoramic view offered by the Castle of Quel. Next, we will make an ascending tour through the different vineyards seeing their characteristics of soil, climate, varieties, cultivation techniques… to finish in a pre-phylloxera vineyard in the middle of the mountain, an authentic viticultural jewel. We will conclude the visit by tasting the wines in a cellar in the Quel winery district, feeling with all our senses the landscapes that we have just stepped on. We will accompany you for an informal lunch.
