This project was born out of the passion for spirits of several friends . Each of them has contributed different knowledge of elaboration and tasting of the product, which has given rise to these two new gins that are launched under the GINEBRO brand, a name that defines the origin of the botanicals of the gin as well as its producers.
In the small town of Alfaro, and with the help of two stills from 1920, we made two gins in the oldest way.
The first of them, GIN PREMIUM GIN, is made with 5 distillations of different botanicals, among which the Clementine Orange of the Tierras del Ebro PGI, Cantueso (botanical of the lavender family), Canela del Vermú Mon Dieu! Juniper branch and juniper tree.
In the two existing products we base the elaborations on making a product so fine and elegant in the mouth, highlighting the different botanicals in its tasting to have a pure and frank gin to enjoy.
The second gin, GIN PREMIUM GIN ROSÉ, is made under the same base as our original gin, adding a maceration process of an infusion based on blackberry, blackberry and strawberry from the banks of the Ebro river as it passes through the town of Alfaro , in a small orchard dedicated solely to this gin.
These two products are quite complementary to each other to be able to cover most of the current demand for gin. With our PREMIUM GIN GIN we make a nod to heavy gin drinkers (LONDON DRY style). And with GIN PREMIUM GIN ROSÉ we give an option to the most modern and sweet tooth, who are looking for that ripe and sweet fruit in a gin tonic, thus having those notes of red and black fruits in the glass.
