Description
THE WINES:
LATIDO DE SARA
Garnacha is the queen variety of Navarra. From vines between 35 and 45 years old that grow on the slopes of the San Martin de Unx mountain at an altitude of 650 m, with low yields, around 4,000 kgs / ha and poor soils, predominantly pebble and pebbles. clayey.
Soft and structured, it is a wine that surprises and falls in love with, lots of fruit and that elegant touch of its stay in wood.
SON DE ARRIEIRO
Xulia Mar Bande is an example of a woman with an entrepreneurial vocation, Xulia has vineyards and in the 2015 harvest she decided to open another path. He thought that the time had come to join the group of colleiteiros whose work offers a different image of the ribeiro, with very special and personal wines. In Leiro he planted his winery and from there the first bottles of his Son de Arrieiro came out. Its production, with its own vineyards, moves around 10,000 bottles between white and red.
An elegant wine, with lightness and freshness.
THE LOBITA
Ana Carazo is “La Loba”, but not the first of the family. The name is the nickname by which his grandmother was known in Matanza de Soria, a more remote and unknown town in the Ribera. In Bierzo he learned to recover abandoned vineyards, which has allowed him to carry out similar work in his land of origin.
Just over 1,000 bottles of this Tempranillo with some Albillo, which ferments and makes malolactic in 500-liter barrels and offers marked smoky notes along with sweet fruit.
