With every food tour you purchase, we help a person in need by donating a meal to Zaporeak, a local association that prepares meals for refugees.

Then we will send you the tasting case with the products ready for the tasting, make sure you have provided the full address and phone number.
IMPORTANT
For Tastings that require multiple connections: if the attendees are not going to be in the same location, please indicate this in the comments when making the purchase in order to send the packages to different addresses.
Refund will be offered only in case the tasting kit with the products has not been sent yet or is defective.
If you want to cancel your order, please send an email indicating the recipient's reference, amount and name. Cancellations are not accepted in the event that the tasting case with the products has already been sent.
Once the tasting date is specified, the client can cancel up to 72 hours before in order to specify a new date and time. In cases of no force majeure, you can only change the date up to a maximum of three times.
If you have any problem with the shipping or the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible in the indicated email to proceed with your refund.
