Petit Châpeau Brut Nature (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel lo)
Cava Petit Châpeau artisan elaborated and selected by the Usoralde brothers together with one of the wineries with which they work on the national market. Elaborated by the ancestral method with an aging of eleven months in rhyme, it represents the joy and the party that invites you to toast with its bubbles. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color, with a very elegant fine bubble. On the nose aromas of citrus and bakery are noted.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Cava. VINEYARD: vineyards located around the center of the town of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, in the heart of the Penedés region. Vineyards over 60 years old. GRAPES: 50% Xarello, 25% Macabeo and 25% Parellada. PREPARATION: Manual harvest. All the elaboration is carried out following environmentally friendly techniques. Cold premaceration for 3 days before entering the winery. RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8ºC. ALCOHOLIC GRADUATION: 12.5%
PETIT CHAPEAU RIOJA CRIANZA
Aging of Rioja Baja prepared by the Usoralde brothers. In its elaboration, the garnacha of centenary vines predominates, in addition to a very particular tempranillo that differs a lot from the Riojas to which we are used. An easy to drink wine that expresses its tension and complexity with every sip. A fresh, fruity coupage, very elegant and balanced on the palate, but without losing the tension that characterizes this type of wine and that makes our palate enjoy from the first sip. Designed to appeal to both those just starting out in the world of wine and those who enjoy lifelong Rioja wines. Variety 85% Garnacha from old vines, completed with 15% Tempranillo, both varieties from vineyards on the slopes of Yerga.
