60% Viura, 25% Tempranillo Blanco, 15% Malvasía.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 16 ºC for 15 days following by fine lees ageing.
Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Clean and bright. Intense aromas of white flowers such as linden, acacia and almond, with hints of aromatic herbs and fruit aromas like pear and melon. On the palate it is soft, delicate and very fresh, with a nice acidity and a persistent finish.
It is the ideal match for grilled fish, salads and vegetables, as well as pasta dishes and shellfish. A good choice for smoked food and creams.

90% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha, 5% Mazuelo.
19 months in American oak barrels
Clean, bright, medium deep cherry colour. It displays intense aromas of mature black fruit and licorice, well integrated oak with sweet spicy notes. Pleasant palate with a fresh, tasty and gentle mouth-feeling. Long and persistent aftertaste with black fruit nuances.
It is the perfect wine to accompany stews, roasts and grilled red meat, as well as mature cheeses and cold meats.

Selection from own old vine plots in Rioja Alavesa.
85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Garnacha.
36 months in French (50%) and American (50%) 225-liter oak barrels
This wine displays an attractive red cherry colour with a garnet rim. It has complex aromas of spices, balsamic touches of cedar and eucalyptus reminiscent of Atlantic woods, as well as hints of tobacco. Elegant, very well balanced, extremely expressive and showing a fine character.
This wine matches perfectly with red meat, stews and roasts, as well as game. Particularly suited for charcuterie and cured cheese.
