Shipping Policy
ZINIO BODEGAS ships to all Europe. We can make tastings in English, Spanish and Danish. The shipping cost will be applied in the cart and varies according to shipping address. If your country does not appear in the shipping options, please contact us to study other options.
If you have purchased one of our tastings, we will contact you by email in the next 24-48 hours to specify the details. Please make sure that our email does not go into your spam or spam tray. If you do not receive our email in the indicated period, you can call us.+34941371319
Then we will send you the tasting case with the products ready for the tasting, make sure you have provided the full address and phone number.
IMPORTANT
For Tastings that require multiple connections: if the attendees are not going to be in the same location, please indicate this in the comments when making the purchase in order to send the packages to different addresses.
Refund Policy
Refund will be offered only in case the tasting kit with the products has not been sent yet or is defective. Otherwise, the client may request a refund directly to our email and we will assess the exchange for another product and the conditions.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please send an email indicating the recipient's reference, amount and name. Cancellations are not accepted in the event that the tasting case with the products has already been sent.
Once the tasting date is specified, the client can cancel up to 24 hours before in order to specify a new date and time. In cases of no force majeure, you can only change the date up to a maximum of three times.
If you have any problem with the shipping or the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible in the indicated email to proceed with your refund.

We have organised a special tasting to show you our terroir, a tasting that you can enjoy wherever you want, with your partner, family or friends.
Request your pack, we will send the wines to your home and we will organize a private tasting directly from the winery with Ana María Martín, Head of Wine Tourism and Communication at the Winery, a sommelier with WSET training in London. At ZINIO we want you to continue enjoying wine tourism at your own pace and without haste.
The pack includes 5 wines, the complete range of ZINIO Terroir:

NOTE: The price is per connection and not per person. You can enjoy this tasting with your partner, friends and family, we advise up to 5-6 people so that each one can enjoy at least one glass of each wine.
