Finca del Marquesado Rosé
Vineyards Finca del Marquesado.
VARIETIES 70% Garnacha, 30% Mazuelo.
GRADE 13.5% Vol.
ELABORATION
Direct low temperature bleeding. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 20 days.
TASTING OBSERVATIONS
It presents a subtle pale and bright pink with violet reflections. On the nose it shows varietal aromas, highlighting the boudoir flowers and nuances of berries.
In its passage through the mouth it is friendly, delicate, fruity, fresh and very balanced.
PAIRING It is recommended to pair it with pasta, rice, paellas and salads. It is also a perfect companion for white meats, steamed fish and seafood.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE 6/8 ºC.
Finca del Marquesado Crianza
Vineyards
Finca del Marquesado. VARIETIES 75% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha and 5% Graciano.
GRADE 13.5% Vol.
AGING 13 months in American oak barrels
TASTING OBSERVATIONS
Cherry red with garnet nuances, clean and bright. Very expressive aroma of red fruits and violets, with a touch of vanilla, nutmeg and cedar provided by barrel aging. Round in the mouth, sweet, tasty with hints of fresh fruit. Very balanced.
PAIRING
Stewed legumes, roasts and grilled red meats, game, table of sausages and cheeses.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE 16/18 ° C.
Finca del Marquesado Selection
Vineyards Finca del Marquesado.
VARIETIES 80% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 10% Garnacha.

AGING 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
TASTING OBSERVATIONS
Precious cherry red color with a high layer. On the nose, complex aromas of fresh black fruits with subtle spicy nuances highlighting nutmeg, white pepper and hints of cinnamon. In the mouth it is tasty, balanced, elegant, with a long and vibrant finish.
PAIRING Indicated for stewed and grilled meats, as well as for all kinds of cured and semi-cured cheeses. Perfect for all types of sausages, Iberian and non-Iberian.
