It is the name chosen for this family of mead, very characteristic for being a typical glass container to store this drink. It is made with honey and water, as its name indicates, and the honeys selected for the mead are the highest quality, ecological, the most aromatic.
MEDITERRANEAN MEAD 2018
From the pollen of rosemary flowers in Mediterranean mountains. Long fermentation and barrel aging for a year and a half. Flower veil for 4 months that gives it the salinity and the characteristic touch of southern biological aging. With a pale and bright yellow color, we find sweet honeyed and citrus aromas that are dressed in the Mediterranean.
MOUNTAIN MEAD 2018
From the pollen of oak and heather flowers in Moncalvillo de La Rioja. Long fermentation and barrel aging for a year and a half. Its color is bright amber, with sweet honeyed aromas and notes of oak.
